In addition to the pockets (which were the reason I bought it in the first place), I particularly like the double zip and the fact that it goes well down each side, allowing the bag to open wide. An external pocket for my mobile would be great - I currently use the one you intended for passport etc as it's easier to get to than opening the bag and reaching into a pocket; The cosmetics bag is great - why not provide a wallet and diary which fit the pockets as well?
